ALOO KE BONDE
Ingredients
Aloo 1/2 kg boiled and mashed
Chilly powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp levelled
Dhania and podina chopped 1/4 cup each
Batter
Besan 1 cup mixed
well with salt
Chilly powder and soda all 1/4 tsp each
Water as required to make a thick batter
instructions
Mix salt, chilly powder,
chopped hara masala into mashed potatoes. Make them into balls and dip the balls
in prepared besan batter and deep fry till golden brown.
