BUN KABAB
Ingredients
Potatoes boiled & mashed 2
Chana Dal 1/2 cups boiled with
Salt l/2 tsp
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
white zeera 1/2 tsp
Black zeera 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp leveled
Tomatoes 1
1-2 egg whites stiffly beaten

Boil & mash the
potatoes. Mash & mix the boiled dal with potatoes. Make kababs. Then dip
them in beaten egg.Now shallow fry. Cut the buns in half and heat in a little
oil. Put chutney, salad leaves, kabab, cucumber and tomato slice. Top with bun
and serve hot.
